order, or credit card information. Please sign the order form if
using a credit card. We do not accept COD orders.

fax it over. We will process your order that same day! Note:
a new browser window will open so that you can switch between the
order form window and the online store window. Simply find the
products in the store and then type them into the order form. Or
print out the order form and write on it. (just like the old
days!!)
